Ohio Installer Process

  1. Install any propane water heater and/or furnace.
  2. The installer fills out sections 3 and 4 of the application.
  3. Hand the application over to the customer to fill out sections 1 and 2.
  4. Provide the customer with an invoice or receipt of purchase for the propane water heater and/or furnace.
  5. The installer, homeowner, or the propane supplier can submit the application between January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023.
